Top tip: Fresh is best!

Wholewheat Grissini

250g Wholewheat flour

250g White bread flour

25g yeast

100g Melted smart balance

230g warm water

Pinch of salt


Method

Make dough and leave to double

Flavour by rolling in selected seed and rolling a little at a time

Prove after rolling for 10 mins then bake at 330-350 till crispy -

Spray with Braggs amino acid then bake for another minute or two till fully crispy

Roll as a batch, cook and freeze to use as needed

I did wasabi sesame seed, plain sesame seed and flax seed

Sesame seems to be the favourite
