Turkey Meatloaf
3 cup Fine chopped onion
2 Tbsp Olive oil
Salt 2 Tsp
1Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 sp Fresh Chopped Thyme
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup Chicken stock
1 Tsp Tomato paste
5lb Ground Turkey
1 and 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
3 Large eggs
Sweat the onion till soft with no colour in the olive oil with the thyme, salt and pepper
cool.
Add all other ingredients together and mix well with the onions.
Shape into a freeform loaf, spread with the ketchup and bake for an hour at 325F or until internal temp is 160F
