Toasted Blueberry and Almond Muesli

1500g Rolled Oats

625ml Apple juice

10 Tbsp Vegetable oil

400g Raw Almonds

625g Sunflower seeds

200g Pumpkin seeds

150g Flaked coconut

625g dried fruits/ blueberries


combine all except blueberries and cook on large tay for 30 mins at 160 till lightly coloured cool then add fruit serve with raspberry swirl yoghurt and milk
