Sugar free Brownie
3/4 cup walnuts
3/4 Cup Splenda or Swerve
1/4 Cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 Tsp Baking powder
3 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 Tsp Vanilla essence
chop nuts, mix all dry mix all wet add wet to dry - cook 20 mins in a loaf tin - cool and cut
