60g Caster sugar

1 Tsp Vanilla extract

280g Plain flour

Pinch of salt


mix flour and salt cream butter and sugar add vanilla stir in flour chill for 1 hour roll and cut into shapes 1/2 inch thick cook at 150 degrees
