All you need are the ingredients!

Top tip: Fresh is best!

Sardinian flat bread

1 and 3/4 cup Plain flour

1 and 1/2 cup Fine semolina

1 Tsp Baking powder

1 Tsp salt

1 and 1/2 cup warm water

Just mix it all together, you don't want it sticky

Roll through the pasta roller all the way to lowest setting and place on cling-filmed tray in layers to freeze till needed.

I cook at 450F. Get a tray hot in the oven for a while then put the sheet on and cook from frozen till golden and crispy - 2-3 mins.
