Ricotta hotcakes

1 and 1/3 cup Ricotta

3/4 Cup Milk

4 eggs

1 Cup plain flour

1 Tsp Baking powder

pinch of salt

50g Butter


mix ricotta, milk, egg yolks sift flour, baking powder and salt - mix in till just combined beat whites and fold in to the batter cook in a pan till golden makes 20
