7g Active dry yeast or 15g of Fresh yeast
500g Strong white flour
50g Olive oil
Weigh out the water and olive oil into a large mixing bowl, or Kitchen Aid mixer bowl if using a machine.
crumble and mix the fresh or dried yeast into the flour
Add the salt
Mix, make and rest for one hour or place in fridge overnight for a more complex flavour.
Once rested - shape into the desired size balls ready for the pizza.
