
Pavlova
1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 1/2 tsp cream of tartar 1 1/2 tsp cornflour 1 1/2 cup sugar 6 egg whites pinch of salt
whisk whites with tartar and pinch of salt till lightly fluffy mix cornflour with sugar and add to the egg whites pre-heat oven to 275 degrees place in oven and reduce to 250 for about an hour if making a large one in a tin - line it with cornflour and paper on the bottom.
Serve with berries and seasonal fruits
