All you need are the ingredients!

Top tip: Fresh is best!

Orange Polenta Buiscuits

170g Butter

170g Caster sugar

255g Polenta

100g Plain flour

2 Large eggs

Zest of 2-3 Oranges

Rub everything together and add zest and eggs. divide into small balls and flatten onto grease proof paper on a baking tray

Cook at 190 for 5-6 Minutes till golden around the edges.

Delicious with a rich dark chocolate pot!
