Gluten free Pasta

2 and 1/2 cups "Cup4Cup" gluten free flour

2 Tsp "I'm free" Gluten replacement

5 whole eggs


Mix all together to form a dough

Roll slightly thicker than a normal pasta, especially if using for tortellini as it doesn't stretch as well, it cracks easily if too thin.
