Found these little beauties at the Monaco market this summer. Usually a native of Asia!


Full of nutritional benefits - a 4oz serving will provide 10% of your daily protein intake and pack a punch of vitamin intake - especially Vitamin A .... 1/4 of a cup will give you 340% of your daily intake!

Usually available dried but if you're lucky enough to get the fresh ones simply use as a fresh berry - mix in with your favourite cereal, blend into smoothies.
