Coconut bread
2 Eggs
300ml Milk
70g Unsalted butter
300g plain flour
2 Tsp Baking powder
2 Tsp Ground cinnamon
225g Caster sugar
150g Shredded coconut
whisk eggs and milk lightly mix the dry ingredients together add the egg mixture to the dry add melted butter and stir mixture till just smooth pour into a greased and lined loaf tin 8.25 inch x 4 inch and bake for one hour or untill a skewer comes out clean cool before removing from tin cook at 180
