Chocolate fondant

100g Butter

100g Dark chocolate

2 Eggs

2 Egg yolks

120g Caster sugar

100g Plain flour

Melt butter and chocolate in bowl over water whisk egg, yolks and sugar to ribbon add melted choc mixture to the egg and sugar mixture sieve and fold in flour

line moulds with butter and sugar cook 160 deg C for 12 mins - turn out and serve immediately with ice cream
