Buffalo chicken wings
36 chicken wing pieces
1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
1 Tsp salt
2 Tbsp Plain flour
1 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
1/4 Tsp Cayenne pepper
1/8 Tsp Garlic powder
1/4 Tsp Worcester Sauce
1 Tsp Tabasco
1/4 Tsp salt
6 Tbsp Louisiana hot sauce - Franks
6 Tbsp Butter, unsalted
Toss wings in the oil then coat with flour
Lay out on racks - give them some space so they don't steam and cook till crispy at 450F
Mix all sauce ingredients together and cook for 1 minute
Turn wings over to crisp the other side - nice and crispy
When cooked put wings in large bowl and coat with the sauce, then lay on tray and return to the oven for 1-2 minutes
