All you need are the ingredients!

Top tip: Fresh is best!

Biscotti

400g Plain Flour

250g Caster sugar

1 Teaspoon Baking powder

3 eggs

200g Nuts of your choice



Whisk eggs and sugar till fluffy

Add dry ingredients and fold in

Turn out on floured surface and shape into logs

Bake logs till golden then slice on an angle and place back in the oven on a tray to dry out
