Here's one where you want the best tomatoes you can get - The ones I used here are from Capri - sweet, full of flavour, all you need is a good olive oil and a touch of salt to really make them amazing. Slice the raw asparagus very thin on a mandolin - white and green asparagus is used here. Simple ingredients arranged nicely on the plate.
