All you need are the ingredients!

Top tip: Fresh is best!

Anzac Biscuits

125g Plain flour

100g Rolled oats

90g Desiccated coconut

225g Caster sugar

pinch of salt

125g Unsalted butter

3 Tbsp Golden syrup

2 Tbsp boiling water

1 Tsp Bicarb soda

Mix first set of ingredients in large bowl Melt butter and syrup together Mix water with bicarb then add to syrup Pour liquids onto dry and mix Cook @ 180 on baking paper 15 - 20 mins
